By the glass. A somewhat atypical Sauternes with a saline punch on the palate and a preponderance of liquor density rather than acid balance and length. The aromatic notes are concentrated in the pink grapefruit rather than honey. Clearly acidity went here. Perhaps this particular vintage is not the most favorable.
Por copas. Un Sauternes un tanto atípico con un golpe salino al paladar y una preponderancia de la densidad licorosa antes que al equilibrio ácido y la longitud. Las notas aromáticas se concentran en el pomelo rosa antes que en la miel. Claramente la acidez se fue aquí. Quizás la añada no es la más favorable.
