Graham cracker, toast and citrus notes on a very creamy frame. Noticeable sweetness, more like an Extra Dry example. Nicely balanced, however. Very pleasing.

Michael Druitt Vintners/Hallgarten Annual Tasting (Claridge's Hotel, London): Unique blend of equal measures of Pinot Noir/Pinot Meunier/Charrdonnay/Pinot Blanc/Petit Meslier/Arbane. M. Francois Moutard tels me there is just one hectare in total of Petit Meslier and Arbane. Full bodied, rich lovely fizz.
