  Nez pierre a fusil, richesse au nez comme en bouche sans excès, expressif, texture fort agréable, très classe et très Leflaive en style, finale délicieuse et longue. 94-95
  
  Flinty and rich on the nose and palate, very expressive, nice texture, delicious and lenghty finish.

  Roasted pineapple and gunflint nose. Beautiful spicy exotic palate of pineapple, citrus, curd. Nearly as good as the Pucelles. 94+

  A really superb showing and total outperformance vs my expectations especially for the 2016 vintage which to me is often fairly hollow in the mid palate. This bottle was decanted for half an hour and it immediatly showed really open, engaging and deep with a whiff of reduction and good fruit concentration with lovely precision - very Puligny and very Leflaive.

  Jasper on Terroir: Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Folatières (67 Pall Mall TV): The fourth-largest holding, with most of their vines in the north.
  
  Quite a bright yellow. Noticeable reduction and a real weight of fruit. Sherberty, a touch of game, lots of presence and authority. Saline and intense. Could be more charming, and didn't seem to justify the premium.
