End of a very long dinner, so specific notes don't stand out. Classic Huet stuff, enjoyable baked apple, honey, straw, nice acidity, although a touch underwhelming. Easily could've just been palate fatigue.

10th of 12, pnp, perfect cork and level, even fresher than last December's bottle, not the most botrytised of these prem tries but still wonderfully attractive, nuanced and persistent, no upside, 10 years. F+ (18).

8th of 12, pnp, perfect cork and level, notes consistent fine or better last in 2010 fine plus - mid gold, translucent; apricot and peach, some burnt caramel and musky notes; med/full, long and persistent if without concentration of 89 or 97, nice balance, losing sweetness (not a problem for me at this age and to be expected), no upside but no rush. F+ (18).

Bibendum Portfolio Tasting 2019: From half bottle. Mint, lime, lemon and honey. Palate is delicate even with the sweet undertones. Structure is folded in nicely, still supporting but integrated. Really like the profile of this. Should continue developing but also in a nice spot now.

Thick. Honey-ed apricot/peaches. A nice dessert.
