Slow ox 3 hours. Sangiovese tasting compared with some 2010/ brunellos and Tignanello. This was the more tannic younger wine with dark fruit not much secondary development yet. Needs time. If drinking now recommend several hour decant. Very good potential

Truly stellar nose on decanting. One of the very finest. Decanted for two hours and it became slightly sulky. Immense concentration, intensity and finish. But currently also tannic and hot. Like a young chambertin from a warm year. Possibly a perfect example of Sangiovese. Time will tell.

Very delicious. Very young. Tannins will integrate with time and maybe knock it up a point.
