Two hour decant. Very very deep bright lavender magenta color. Wild blackberry and strawberry, chocolate malt, crushed walnut, and black tea. Dry, satiny palate, with good acidity. Very firm, full tannins on the longish finish.
This has excellent structure. It’s a touch restrained. Very well made, but not a value play.

Brought to the event tonight by Agelvis. Very fruity and sweet to start after a 2+ hour decant. Rich dark black fruit to start with.....yummy! This is a big Cali red that any cab lover would like. To me it lacked a little depth or complexity to rate higher, but it is a very yummy '16....ty for bringing Jaime!
