PVG Masterclass (Iggy): Fresh, peach, whiff of sulphur, banana, lovely backbone on the aroma, palate not as broad as the aromas touch oxidative with minty finish. PVG's 1st vintage, someone commented stylistically more his father style.

Pierre Vincent’s first vintage. It hasn’t evolved much since my last bottle three years ago. Reductive attack with suave oaking, not dissimilar to PYCM. Rounded and attractive bouquet of white tree fruits. Powerful with crisp acidity. Tasted blind and my guess was PYCM 2014?(91/100)

At opening, it was reductive and let it breathe for about 30 mins at the dinner table. Light golden color, crisp acidity and delicate. Better as it warmed up in the glass and with our main dishes. Very young and can use a bit more time in the bottle.

Tasting with some crazy geeks (@Private location, Solingen): *** Brief notes for my own memory, no CT rating. Points expressed are only rough guidelines *** Only briefly decanted. First vintage of this wine. Reductive nose, toasting, smoky, few fruit. Wonderful acidity, very concentrated and creamy, but also elegant and never fat. Drinks nicely now, but has good potential for further development. 92-93+
