  Dark red with clear pink edges. Slightly rich earthy red cherry and spice nose. Delicious rich cherry and balsamic flavours and a long dry finish.

  Very dark rich bold, possibly a bit musty. Did not do well upon opening, but all of that mushroom and forest earth flavor came to life after about a one hour decant. This might even do better after a week in the fridge.

  Pre Wine Festival Lunch. The oak and the ripe black cherry fruit haven't mellowed, they just seem to be getting along at this point. There was also some earthiness developing.
