Minerally orchard fruit bouquet. Excellent fruit acid balance. Very flavorful, delicious, and refreshing. Lengthy too. I’d age this another couple of years as I think it’s a little backward right now.

Birthday Celebration (Racquet Club - Chicago IL): Rich, ripe and fleshy, but with a sneaky amount of substance and energy coming through from middle forward. Very good already now, probably some slight further upside.

Lunch at 67PM: Much more classical than the Pillot. Darker yellow in colour, some creaminess and lots of lemon fruit on the palate. Not the most mind-blowing Burg but solid and reliable.

Popped poured, needed some air. Sour taste blew off 25 mins in and got better and better. Not much fruit , but decent charactor. Well done.
