  Fantastic wine in a brilliant place.
  Gentle now. Sour red cherries, a little tea, spice, meat and VA aroma. Wood herb, smoke.
  Palate still has a little tannin, juicy red fruit, spice and acidity. Lightening up slightly now perhaps. The alcohol is noticeable, but really not in a had way. I'm very happy with this wine.

  Dork night; mine. Classic feminine, aged Swan zinfandel made a great impression on the group. Good acidity and time gave it a Nebbiolo-ish body with cloves, roses, Tang, and tea notes.

  Very mature, showing secondly characteristics, almost Right Bank-like, very well integrated, smooth, with sudued fruit, but a little dull overall.

  Medium ruby with light red rim, nose of red fruits. Dry with ightly tart tannins, medium fruit and acid. Very well balanced with some lemon acid to accompany the raspberry, a little spice to compliment the tannins. Very smooth with out being boring, a very nicely aged, subtle fruity wine. In a perfect place for drinking now, needs a little air time to show its potential. With the acid freshness, there are several more years to enjoy with this wine.
