  (SYP) PNP the first glass, then decanted the rest and drank over 3 hours
  The nose is lovely and keeps evolving with aromatics of apple, fruit yogurt, pear, vanilla, spice and fresh herbs. The palate opens with fresh apples and loads of mineral to a zesty and chiselled mid-palate, and followed by a sharp and intense finish. The most enjoyable Laval I had yet
