  Buonissimo, opulento, di una beva trascinante.
  Ho sbagliato solo a berlo su un pesce (Ricciola) al forno. Vuole formaggi grassi, forti, con marmellate. Oppure su un fois gras, un animella o un petto d'anatra.
  Miele, caramello, bollicina finissima quasi impalpabile. Detto questo, pur riconoscendone la grandezza, non è il mio vino. Sono più da Krug. Manca l'agrume e un pizzico di eleganza. Sicuramente manca di leggerezza. Comunque finita la bottiglia in un attimo.
  Esperienza fatta, posso passare oltre.
  
  PS: forse era da bere prima per i miei gusti.

  Shockingly good although just a toddler, this 100% Pinot Meunier is bursting with juicy deeper level fruits like bruised apple, Bartlett pear and persimmon. Spicy of cinnamon and clove as well as caramel, there’s no denying its flavor impact. It’s made from vines dating back to nineteen thirty-one. Amazingly bouncy for Meunier. Good acidity. It might develop more nuance as it ages, but so delicious right now. Yet not overly appreciated by the Bubbleheads other than me.

  Very similar to the notes from yesterday. Energetic and powerful wine with a lot of density and concentration. But the razorsharp acidity gives a pure and fine mouthfeel. Still a lot to come if you could stay patient. 94-95

  Again phantastic expression of purity, concentration, fruit and salinity. A palate sweeper. Too young but clearn and powerful. Black currant and white pepper in late palate. 94+
