  tawny rim garnet body, the nose is a wonderful mixture of chestnut, mushroom, forest floor, raspberry, and light tint of smokiness. Some leather lurking at the background but highly enjoyable nose!
  on the palate: silky! tanin is fine (as expected) but energized by the red fruit still present. Some strawberries and raspberries but also medium body and acidity to support the whole story. Medium plus length and truly a pleasurable wine to accompany new year's lunch with a good childhood friend. Drink now.
