Notes of smoky cherry liquor. Masculine to the bone. Delicious and quite long. Rich 1er Cru? Rather it retains some of the strength of the 1999 vintage. Serious Cazetiers. My kind of Gevrey. Confit de canard, what a match.
Seis de doce. Bebiendo este vino desde el 2009. Medio caja ya se fue. Tradicionalmente es mi vino para el almuerzo de año nuevo. Terroso y carnoso en nariz. Notas de licor de cereza ahumadas. Masculino hasta la medula. Delicioso y bastante largo. Un 1er Cru abundante? Más bien conserva parte de la fuerza de la cosecha de 1999. Serio Cazetiers. El tipo de Gevrey que me va. Confit de canard para sacarle un buen partido.

Can't Bear Another Outstanding Lunch? (Taberna Palo Cortado - Madrid): 5th of twelve. Another great bottle needed some time to activate and offer that macho side, meaty and earthy. On the palate is tasty with a good depth and length. Surprisingly it has a lot of life ahead. More that a simple merchant wine.
Quinta de una docena. Otra botella estupenda que necesitó un poco de tiempo para activarse y ofrecer ese conocido aroma masculino, cárnico y terroso. En boca es sabrosa con profundidad y una buena longitud. Sorprendentemente tiene mucha vida por delante. Más que un simple vino de negociant.
