  Medium yellow. The slightest of oxidative tones, a hint of turpentine (not objectionable at all), underripe pineapple. Medium weight with fruit that is more citrus than tropical, fairly neutral wood, excellent twist of acidity. Very pleasant but it lacks a little punch on the palate. Still, I appreciate the freshness compared to the hallmark Valette style.
