  Holy Moly Amarone (DP's, Goose Hollow, Portland OR): The nose is deep and dense with powerful tones of black cherries, black raspberries, licorice, liqueur tones, crushed rocks, spices, and chocolate notes. The Full bodied feel is deep and rich with medium acidity and chewy, high tannins. This is showing a fair bit of youth and unrestrained power. Even with that youth, this is clearly a monster of a wine and there is plenty of room for it to develop.

  Interesting range of scores for this wine, highlighting how divisive Amarone can be. This superb wine seems to be just entering its prime drinking window, and was a perfect accompaniment to wild boar after a brief decant.

  Had never tasted this wine before. Honestly unsure if this is a bad bottle or just a wine that is not for me. Either way, don’t think I’ll be back to find out.

  醒酒十二小时，离着杯子一段距离就能闻到酒很香，巧克力，奶油，烟丝混合着黑果的香气，橡木桶烘烤的气息，一些酒精感，入口酸度中高，酒液甜美，单宁紧致，颗粒细腻，口中有单宁收敛感，浓郁而成熟的黑果香气，烟丝和香料感，酒体饱满，漂亮的集中度，余味是巧克力奶油，红苹果和一些甜香料味。不同于法国酒的风格，大一号的强度，充裕的成熟甜美果香，而又没有过熟的果酱感，还有漂亮的酸度支撑，把浓郁，集中和平衡做到了最好， 还是一支年轻强健的酒，时间会让它变得更加深邃和复杂。
