Beautifully pure and very perfumed, with notes of pure red and dark red cherries, mint, sweet spices, some flowery notes. It's medium weight, but with excellent mid-palate persistence, has nice pretty high acidity amd medium-high tannin that is exceptionally silky. Long finish. Very elegant and refined wine. Super seductive already but will get even much more complex with some age.

Chianti Classico Collection (Ritz-Carlton Chicago): Walk around tasting, brief note. Lean and classically styled with an enticing nose of rich cherry and spice. Classic flavors, firm finish with good+ length. Cellar for at least a few years.
