  • Just a pleasure.Even at the second tier of the JJC vineyards, this two-asterisk auslese hits a perfect spot, blending the wonderful tropical flowers and rich topical fruit notes into a mellifluous, meidum-visocisty dream. So few wines can each such a clear apogees. And old Mosel auslesen are so undervalued. Drink now and enjoy the honeysuckle, cumquat and lemon/mint leaf taste in that orange-tinged golden color.

  • An explosion of spice like a Wurzgarten, with wild honey, orange cinnamon hints and an acid back punch. Developed very nicely but with a tiny residual acid hit on the final part of the journey. The best ET so far.
5 days later, a rounder, slightly less complex but fuller and richer golden glass of tropical fruit and great essence.
