I am about to give up on having a Cinque Terre wine in the US. I remember a lovely Ligurian setting with great fresh seafood and the tasty dry white wine (from little pitchers) perfectly complimenting it. This Bisson wine and several others I have tried in the US, do not recall that experience. The color is somewhat golden and the nose while somewhat interesting is vegetal. The palate is hopelessly chemical. Perhaps storage is a problem or the wines simply "don't travel well." Whatever the reason, I hope that my next Cinque Terre white will be at the site of origin.

Delicious stuff, with raw almond and herbal notes. Very much in the minerally, non-fruit driven spectrum, and would be fantastic on a hot summer day with some steamed mussels or oysters.

Intriguing wine with rich flavors and balanced acidity. Need more time to evaluate than simply through a tasting.
