SFwine blind and not-blind tasting at Tom's (San Francisco, CA): Very clean aromatics of baked apple, sweet spice rack, honeysuckle. Nice cut on the palate with racy, spicy green apple acidity and a pleasantly expansive midpalate. Cleansing finish kept me coming back for more. A clean, freshly aromatic style without a lot of seashell or obvious minerality, but this stuff absolutely rocks for less than $20 a bottle.

My idea of how to spell Chablis. Crispy. Minerals. Some body but no flab.

Nice aromatic wine, but lacking the seashell and minerality I like so much in Chablis. Medium acids. Good QPR.
