  Tasted at the winery. Fresh nose with classic Sauvignon Blanc flavors of citrus, gooseberry, and minerals. No noticeable oak influence. Great, mouthwatering acidity with more lemon notes, chalk, and a slightly more tropical note of guava coming through towards the finish. Good length. This is a beautiful wine, made in a more Sancerre/Austrian SB style. I would hold this for at least 5 years, it will only improve.
