Medium light red. Quite evolved looking. A nice bramble, and blackberry nose with a bit of pepper. Sweet entry and some sweet tea and dark fruit flavours. Sweet but still tannic finish. Very good.

Light red. Sweet pinot noir nose. Definetly a sweet well aged California Pinot Noir. Strawberry jam fruit flavour with hints of tobacco. Nice aged wine. Very nice aged wine. Very surprising!

Light purple color. Nose of port. Still young at this point and can probably benefit from another 5-10 years in the cellar. Was expecting something more jammy and fruit bomb like the 2006 old vines, but not much fruit came through.

At a friend's cellar, head-to-head with an 02 Rafanelli Zin. The Turley was true aged zinfandel while the Rafanelli was much more cab-like. Both were fantastic but amazingly differend. Don' t drink your Turley's too soon...the aged fruit comes with time and patience.
