  가이세키 음식과 어떤 와인을 마실까 고심하다가 고른 와인.
  결론부터 얘기하면 여러모로 평이한 와인.
  좋게 말하면 가성비가 좋은 무난한 와인이나 나쁘게 말하면 특색없는 화이트.
  
  노즈에서는 샤도네이와 많이 비슷한 오크향이 났는데 아주 약간의 차이가 있다면 과실향.
  사과같은 향기가 나긴 했는데 그렇게 강하게 느껴지진 않았다.
  한시간 정도 지나니 향이 거의 사라지는 걸 보니 한 시간 안에 마셔야 할듯.
  
  팔렛에서는 말그대로 무난한 샤도네이스러운 바닐라스러움이 느껴진다.
  아마 블라인드를 하면 샤도네이를 말할 것 같은데 약간의 튀는 산도 때문에 헷갈린 정도랄까? (샤블리를 말하려나?)
  일식 코스 요리와 마셨는데 무슨 음식과 먹어도 무난하게 잘 어울렸다.

  Lemon rind and a creamier texture than your standard Pinot Grigio. I was told it's 97% chardonnay grape. I liked this

  Med nose of ripe pear, apple, lemon, lime and grass. Old world flavors. No oak. Some honeysuckle ands grape fruit as well.
  Palate is dry, med+ to high acidity, med alc, med body, med FI, med finish. Grapefruit and lemon on the palate.
  Balance and intensity makes for a good wine. Suitable for a couple years of aging.

  Very well balanced. Grapefruit, peach, pear, a bit of melon. Saline, minerals, and decent acidity keeps it crisp.
