  Good quality and balanced but simplistic. Would be the “light” version of a Barolo if the wine was a beer. Easy to drink and enjoy.

  This is a good, well-crafted wine yet not in the style of Barolo I expected. Deep ruby, black fruit, cherry, leaves. Dry with medium acidity, and medium(-)-medium tannin, concentrated and rich. I expected more perfume and acidity with more pronounced tannins.
  As said a good wine, but I was surprised.

  From a 375ml bottle that was popped more than 2 hours before pouring. Reticent nose of red fruit, some floral notes and a bit of tar/mineral. Full bodied, robust, showing loads of tannins with subtle red fruit, a bit of tar and volatile nail polish ending with a long dusty finish. Classic young Barolo. Solid stuff.
