  As always, the Tollot-Beaut Chorey is particularly charming and just plain delicious. While it doesn't have the depth and persistence of the Pièce de Chapitre, it shows delicious crunchy red berries (strawberries, red cherries) a touch of flowery notes and some spices. Medium bodied, with nice medium-high acidity and just a hint of tannin, overall excellent balance. Simple, juicy and delicious.
