  Franchement extrêmement déçue par ce 2e vin de Bordeaux qui goûte le CH9 cheap et sucré avec un nez de fumier... Bon j'arrête: je ne veux pas détruire vos impressions, mais je tenais à vous avertir qu'il y a une tonne de meilleurs vins de cette région à moindre prix...

  Nez entêtant de fleurs et de fruits confits.
  Le toucher de bouche est délicat, les tannins fins et le tout est
  légèrement mentholé. La rondeur prédomine.
  Beau Bordeaux de douceur et de retenue qui nous change des bombes concentrées, opaques et fruitées que l'on rencontre trop souvent dans cette appellation.
  Mais ça manque de tannins et la longueur s'en ressent..

  Prix cependant ridiculement élevé (269$) pour un vin «limité à quelques dizaines de milliers de bouteilles...».
  
  Non, ça ne vaut jamais ça...Même pas la moitié du prix.

  Quite a complex, pungent nose (which takes some getting used to), somewhat reminiscent of Chinese herbs. On the palate, lots of red fruits and cherries, herbaceous notes, nice structure, tannins were refined. This wine has quite a character - you'll either love it or hate it. Drank this on my 31st birthday.

  Davyd's 31st Birthday Celebration (Goodwood Park Hotel): Tasted blind. Interesting complex nose, with Chinese herbs, green mint, and dried flowers. Herby palate, with green capsicums and almost (but not) veering into vegetal territory. Some chalky minerality on the palate. Smooth rounded mouth-feel with a medium finish. I guessed a Left Bank Bordeaux with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc dominant. Not bad, just missed out the Merlot component. Tastes older than it really is, my take on this is drink up soon.
