  Genka Wine Fair (Divani Hotel): 1hr decant, 13.50%, late harvest (October), rainy vintage but not all that bad, 18 months in Nevers new oak

  Very tasty, spicy, paprika notes, smoked notes, cured meat, whole spice, still firm oak frame
  In the palate, the wine shows the same flavour profile, the tannins are there, quite vibrant, bold even, smoked notes, thick oak profile, tight (and a bit astringent) tannins, spice frame, peppery finish.
  The wine stayd impressively stable throughout the tasting

  Spanish Seductress: Torres más la Plana red wine -deep red color ; dark fruit , prune and black cherries on the nose ; earthy , mineral , leather and dark fruits on the palate; thick rounded tanning. Medium finish . Pairing with lamb fillet pasta .One of the best wine from the vineyards of Miguel Torres.

  Estelar!! 90 mins on decanter, great quality bottle, long, long black cherry finish,a 24 year old wine starting to develop thiertiary notes of saddle & pencil shavings, round integrated tannins, incredible w/food pairings @ Maximo Bistrot for Iñaki’s graduation celeb. 3 hrs latter I can still enjoy the aftertaste. Just a bit sad that I don’t have more of this😞
