From Magnum. Fairly mature color. The nose shows mature aromas of citrus, wax, white flowers, chamomile and minerals. This is medium bodied on the palate with good concentration and good finesse. The medium plus length finish features a mineral element. A bit light for a Grand Cru.

La Paulee de NY - Verticals Tasting (Rainbow Room - NYC): tasted at large walkaround tasting. bright acidity, green apple, lime. missing a bit from a richness perspective., nice, but dont think it will improve much from here.

La Paulée de New York: Vertical Tasting (Rainbow Room - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Rich start with elegant textures and a dancing finish. Very good length, moderate weight, very good overall. Good now through the next few years. Best of the vertical for now, but the 2012 will be better.

The Verticals at La Paulée 2017 (The Rainbow Room, New York): Greenish yellow. Sharp, sulfury nose. Lighter, airy, and elegant, particularly following the 2012. Medium weight, fresh lime fruit, nice soil finish. On balance, my favorite of the 3 Grenouilles and has the structure to last a few more years. I like the relative delicacy and detail.

La Paulée Verticals Tasting (Rainbow Room NYC): Big step up over the 2012, here we have some nice secondary richness. Nice cut and acidity.
