Drank over several days with equal enjoyment. Beautiful nose of florals and apples and nuts, ever so slightly oxidative in a good way with red apples and citrus. Drinking perfectly for my palate right now.

Sushi Dinner at Hatsu (Hatsu): No disgorge information. Enjoyed this better than one I had earlier in the year probably because it sat in the glass longer. Oxidative, nutty and rich on the palate. Creamy and buttery as it warms up.

Chinese New Year Champagne Dinner (Tasty Loong): Did not managed to capture the disgorgement information. Intense blue cheese on the nose with a rounded palate and superb finish. Floral notes after letting it sit in the glass. Probably would have benefited from more time in bottle/glass.

Chinese New Year celebration with wine friends: Was quite sure that this was a BdB as well, but thought 2012 so I was ten years off. From a riper vintage and had some oxidative and vanilla notes on the nose. Classic Vilmart red fruit notes. When I revisited this a couple of hours later, it developed the classic honey notes of a mature champagne in a good place. Lovely.
