Dark colour with a hint of cloudiness. Very upfront and expressive with plummy notes, a bit of mocha and the Nero d'Avola brambly notes. Grainy tannins on the top, a bit of wood. Nice full fruit- plum - with some earthy notes. Faint florals and pollen notes. Nice finish, very clean. Modern in a feel and fruit-driven, but a nice purity and a core that held together.

Very deep and youthful in color this wine absolutely rocks, aromas of plums, cassis and plenty of black fruit intermingled with tobacco and chocolate. In the mouth it has firm tannins and the wood tannins are present. Good acidity and balance and very good length, it will certainly benefit from cellaring. After one day open the tannins soften and the tobacco aromas come strongly definitely recommended for keeping 10 years +
