(K Vintners Viognier Columbia Valley) Pale yellow. Mineral, peaches, and honeysuckle on an aromatic nose. Very evenly balanced on the taste. 100% Viognier. Archie den Hoed Vineyard Block 13 (Yakima Valley). Barrel fermented in neutral French oak. 14.1% alcohol. Approximately 1,000 cases produced. Sampled at 55 degrees.

(K Vintners Viognier Columbia Valley) Light gold color. Hay and melon with a lot of white peach thrown in on the nose and taste. Tart with abundant citrus notes. White grapefruit comes out on the nose and dominates the taste as the wine opens up.

Between dry riesling and sauv blanc.., more toward sauv blanc. Fresh, bright, consistent with other CT notes. Liked very much.

Very floral in the glass. Good acidity with pears and a lemon tartness. There seems to be a trend to oak viognier like it's Chardonnay, but Charles Smith doesn't go that route. Very solid QPR, and would recommend this to others.
