Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • The 1995 Faiveley Musigny Grand Cru has much more breadth and complexity than the Rouget Cros, with a stunning nose of camphor, black cherry, smoked meats, violets and earth. Its ample structure was sheathed in waves of fleshy fruit. It has so much latent power and perfect proportion. For its sheer size it is not heavy in the slightest and has an airy feel in the mouth.
