Like most German Rieslings, this 9 year wine remains in great shape but can be kept and fully enjoyed for another decade. Very bright citrus nose, delicious entry into the mouth, refreshing, fruity, and utterly swiggable. The residual sugar not only adds some sweetness, but helps the texture be smooth and soothing. But the great acidity is what ties the wine together, balances the sweetness, and makes the wine so lively and energetic. A great pop and pour wine that never needs to be decanted or opened in advance.

A bright and refreshing wine, with a delicious tangerine and Mandarin orange fruit and a light sweetness that is perfectly balanced by citric acidity. The 8.5% alcohol glides down the throat like Teflon. Wonderful with a host of foods, including even spaghetti with a meat sauce.

This is drinking well, still quite fresh, with stone fruits and hints of petrol Off-dry, but not overly so and with sufficient acidity to cut through the sweetness. I need to buy more from this producer. They haven't impressed me as much on release as with mid-term cellaring

AP #24 Driniking well...peach and petrol on the nose.....white and pitt fruits on the palate. Nicely balanced, the residual sugar is certainly present, but not obtrusive or cloying. Will go longer, but already showing some signs of aging/maturity
