  • Very nice and interesting bottle. Has to open up with air. 2nd night open. A beautiful palette notes of a mixture of rose and violets mixed together. But this is a deeper more precise and an intense florality. Which I have never experienced before. The nose is absent of any volatiles. It’s all about the palette with this bottle. Great, intriguing bottle.
*3rd night seems to have started to fall apart and fade.

  • Encore beaucoup de fruits avec de léger arômes tertiaire qui commencent à faire leur apparition. Aucune presse à boire!

  • Last bottle of this,
pnp, a little restrained at first, but blossoms after about half an hour aeration, fine dark fruit, earthy reminescents,
on the palate some punch initially, an hour later very silky flow over the mid palate, black fruit, really fresh, some spice, but all about elegance, lingering finish, very, very good showing of an "only" village bottling, can be enjoyed from now on, but will easily hold another 5(+) years,
    ***-(****), around 90- 92?

  • In the right spot now, tannins come but all the fruit still there. Classic Burgundy, a bit feminine, far from overwhelming. Started very good and got better with aeration. Very reliable producer.

  • Needed something special after a week full of work, just to start the long weekend with a wine that sticks out of the crowd: nice fragrant nose, in the beginning still a little muted, the bottle needed aeration, some light wood aromas, but fine, a nice cherry tone though, some blackberry, herbs, on the palate subtle melting, more cherry to come, a fine elegant but firm wine, midweight body, getting better with more aeration, long aftertaste, there is more to come in ? years, I would say wait some 5 years more, **(*+- ?), 90- 92+?
