This wine is drinking beautifully now. Light but so full of flavor. It has shed its green-ess and now with a lot of secondary flavor of earth and tobacco. Almost sits half way between a mature Bordeaux and a mature Burgundy, except lighter. Wonderful with our lamb burgers in a brioche bun and seasoned with Greek herbs and spices. Very pleased. This is the best bottle so far since owning them at release.

This wine smelled like pig intestines as another taster commented. I'd agree :) Funky, green bell pepper, sour cherry fruit, lifted with nice acidity. Slightly bitter on the finish. Called Cab Franc from Loire. Not sure i'm a huge fan but definitely very pleasant to drink.

Vert et végétal...on reconnait le Cab franc. Nez sur les poivrons verts et les fruits noirs avec des notes d'écurie. En bouche, un brin asséchant avec le poivron qui domine. Pas mon style en ce moment.
