Tasted it many times. Had this been a blind tasting my guess would have been: 1. cru Bourgogne from Chassagne Montrachet. High concentration and really high acidity. That fact combined with aromas of apricot, peach and grapefruit (a little bitterness) ensures an excellent wine which is still elegant. In perfect condition. No oxidative notes or critical tertiary notes at all. Drink very well now but can definitely also age longer.

Drinking lovely now - still fresh yet rounded in the mouth, plenty of acidity. Dinner probably didn’t do this justice tbh! Won’t rush to finish the rest of the case.

First time I'm paying attention and drinking a hi level NZ chard instead of Sauv Blanc. This was a great bottle of wine. I'm trying to work out what else it is like, but it is hard. It definitely feels new world (I don't think it is like a burgundy). A good amount of oak (but well integrated). Good acidity, medium to full mouthfeel. Grapefruit, honey, grass, and stone-fruit. Vibrant and precise. I would say it is like a cross between a good CA chard and a good NZ Sauv Blanc. Also highly quaffable and too easy to drink!

Good acidity; crisp and delicious. Tart apple notes. Excellent.

elegant, apricot, lemon, toast, lots of wet stone and ripe apple, a little bitterness on the palate. 92+
