Fine classic burg, burnt butter, a bit of toast, plenty of apples and pretty good acidity. All-in-all a nice chardonnay but if you take the price into account, meh, there are so, so many better wines out there. Same thing applies to pretty much every made in Burgundy these days. They’re fine but the prices is absurd.

Very long salt minerality on the palate. And kinda tight on the nose and otherwise. Just opened, we will have to give it some time.

If possible, its very structured on the nose. TIght now. Not flashy. A little bit tied down.
