A golden straw in color with medium legs. The aromas consist of honeydew, fresh cut St. Augustine, and garden hose. The flavors of apple, not so sweet honeydew, moss, oak, pine, and a touch of pistachio. I would say it's a medium bodied and very silky in texture. It has a long finish and a fairly low acidity. The wine is very well balanced and is decently distinctive. I like it.

This wine is still showing well. This bottle was better than some previous ones. This is the 6th bottle i've tasted of this wine and vintage. Less sherry-like than others. Color good, light pale straw. not yellowing like some others. Mellow, acidity still present, but subdued. I like this wine very much, some bottles stand up to age better than others; This one has, showing it is capable of the age. With that said. I think we should drink the rest up, and due to the variability among bottle quality, they should be discounted at half price so as to move them.

Better than the last bottle but not outstanding. This had a slightly sherry, salty acid finish with some applesauce aromas. A definitive sense of freshness which saves the bottle but not quite on par with my hopes (albeit my first Bouchard Beaune blanc). Rather flat all the same.

Spring Feast with Burgundy (TJ and Nancy's, Los Altos Hills, California): Light lemon yellow color; reduction, matchstick nose; better on palate, rich, creamy textured, tart green apple, lime palate; needs airing and 1-2 years bottle age; medium finish
