2020(ish) vintage white Burgundy tasting (Caro's): Nose is sweet and generous, giving honeydew, apricot, other orange fruits. Some sort of minty note coming through?! Palate: nice structure, not heavy here. Good acidity to back it up, not too strong, just nervous enough to keep you coming back. Love this elegant style!
The three of the Bouchard's were my top 3 wines of the night, rating this one slightly under the Genevrières.

light yellow with light viscosity in the glass. apricot, citrus and subtle hazelnut notes on the nose. dry and fresh in the mouth, its flavours flow with moderate intensity; there is good harmony and tension between the fruit, acidity and minerality, and it finishes fresh. remarkably open already, it hints of further development.
a very appealing bottle for those who prefer a lighter style of Chardonnay that still retains complexities.

My favorite white of the lineup. Had a more fresher approach than

Nicely done with good balance throughout. Still young and should improve with a few more years. The oak is present but in the background. Lengthy finish. Very enjoyable.
