Although the nose was quite closed, patience brought out a lovely beeswax quality; very promising.
Great in the mouth now and will develop beautifully.

First you get flowers, pollen, beeswax, then the honey comes through.
Great balance with loads of honey and a very pleasing dry effect in the finish.

Fragrant, honey and a little oxidisation.
The oxidisation is acrried through to the mouth but is balanced by a levely nuttiness.
