This was for my wife's birthday and I won't say how old but will say our 21 year old daughter flew in from college to join us for the evening. Our good friends Mon and Beth really enjoy this restaurant and are good friends with the chef. He recently flew in from Japan after visiting his hometown and family. He also recently was on Iron Chef and several of the dishes he made on the show he made for us. 2 other couples were fortunate to join us for this festive celebration.

En magnum. Outstanding golden clear color. Good bubbles, mouthful of mouse, pineapple, long finish, maybe reached a peak a couple of years ago, great, lasting in the glass.
