Ben gave me a bell in the morning and said ""I'm off to the food and wine show. Do you fancy coming along?"" Whereupon I said yes, despite the fact that domestic chores aplenty were waiting for me at home and I knew it was going to be another drunken bun fight. And so it came to pass...As usual for these big tastings the notes here take the form of aromas followed by taste separated by ellipsis.
we got there about 1130...initially tasting was comfortable then crowded then just plain messy. Sensi Ninfato was surprisingly nice, both the Red Art shiraz were also a surprise...the Elderton Command was also good. I'll not seek out this event again but if Ben calls then I may potter along...Never say never.
