Retailer tasting. Surprise of the tasting for me, a nice little wine for the price. NOtes of melon, Pink Lady apples, honeysuckle and crushed stone. Flavors of pear and apple, along with an earthy clay quality and maybe just a hint of something woody? Really well done and enjoyable. $19.99.

A second taste later in the evening reveals a slight sour note on the palate. I think this would make for a nice summer patio barbecue wine. Domino was unimpressed, fwiw. 87-88 pts. $12.99.
