  A Shiraz Barossa with enough body to handle steak, or lamb but also great as a solo glass. Is somewhat difficult to find, good price and a very good wine. One of my favorite Shiraz.

  Medium ruby with medium intensity, developing aromas of raspberry, violets, cherry, pepper, eucalyptus, and cranberry. This wine has high alcohol and medium plus acidity and body with medium plus tannins. This wine has medium plus intensity, developing flavors of violet, cranberry, raspberry, cherry, peppers, cedar, eucalyptus. This wine has a medium plus finish and is a good wine.

  Decanted 1hr and drank over 1.15 hrs . Velvet Barossa Shiraz. The price point is why there is very few better value wines on the planet.

  Screw top so no cork issues. Did not like. Maybe bad bottle. Sour and bitter bite. Only drank 1/2 glass and called it quits.

  颜色上紫红色但透亮，显示出与其他澳洲酒相比更柔和的萃取度。香气上开瓶就非常开放，梅子，甜香料非常明显。入口开始甜度明显，丹宁存在感较弱且比较柔和，中段酸度显现，很好的平衡了甜感，尾段有非常明显的甜香料味，与香气非常一致，但尾韵短，酒精感开瓶时略强，杯醒三十分钟后减弱。总体而言是一瓶走优雅风的新世界西拉，香气和口感上西拉特征明显，可以一杯接一杯完全无压力畅饮，只是持续力稍弱，三小时后果味开始衰退，酒精感的苦味在尾部重新出现。酒虽然不复杂但特点很鲜明。喝过16年，与17年几乎保持了一样的感觉，品质如一。在这个价位段是一款不错的的高性价比新世界西拉！推荐
