  Excellent rose bubbly, tart, rich cherry and crisp long finish. Beautiful salmon color and ideal for pan seared salmon or trout

  Well made and outstanding. Opening the bottle saline, toast and savory mushrooms volatized. Very nice on the palette. Nice acidity, light strawberry and balances out well. Light creamy mousse.

  Another year of a really terrific pink champagne. Once again delicate and light and also (this time) mildly fruity. Light creamy mousse notes. Ends with some strawberry, peach and a little mango.

  A stand out sparkling wine, compares quite favorably to Champagnes costing two or three times as much. Baking spices on the nose and flavors of strawberries and raspberries.
