    Xarel-lo 65%, Macabeu 18%, Parellada 17%, 36 months, degorgement 28/03/2022, 11.50% alc.
    The wine shows bright clear profile, medium intensity, fresh ripe citrus notes, quince, a touch smoky, strong minerality, quite salty in the nose
    In the palate, the wine is light, medium carbonation, high acidity, ripe fresh citrus, lemon, pear, a few green apple notes, very fresh but lacks depth, straightforward as it is, short to medium finish, with time you also get nutty notes

    100% xarel-lo, 36 months, degorgement 202/11/2021, 11.50%
    The wine shows slightly deeper yellow color compared to Tarres.
    In the nose the wine shows different character, ripe citrus, fresh lime, lemon, grapefruit, again mineral, not so salty. This is layered, more like a nicely aged white wine.
    In the palate, the wine shows again the same character, deeper notes of ripe fruit, a few herbal notes, halfway stalky and pear/green apple, crunchy medium acidity, nicely, balanced, nutty, thin layer of oak, medium to full body, creamy from carbonation, long elegant mineral finish

    In the palate, the wine shows much lighter profile than expected, overripe fruit, tight tannins, medium acidity, very warm from the alcohol, medium finish filled with raisins and prunes
