Blind. Mineral, apple and pear on the nose. Cuts through nicely on the palate, good texture and drive with that mineral presence. Enjoyed this style though I wouldn't rush back.
Ginger, waxy and straw aromas. Palate has texture and grip to it, along with medium bodied fruit with that same ginger flavour at the fore. Plenty of interest here.
Herbal, apricot, lime and wax. Round flavour profile on the palate, leaning into the off dry style. Medium length and depth. Nice though the Les Rosiers next top it was preferred.
Honey, melon, straw and peach on the nose. Sweet and tangy on the palate, good flavour density - though I wouldn't mind a little more acid to lift it up another notch.
Honey, ginger, lime and orange peel on the nose. Lift and verve to the palate, the sweetness in the background with the cleansing acidity sweeping through. Delicious.
Blind. Stalky, reductive, graphite and red florals. Earthy profile on the palate, light red fruits that may be starting to slightly fade but are holding. Time to drink this one.
Blind. Peppery, vanilla, redcurrant and violets on the nose. Palate straddles the line nicely between sweet and savoury. Well composed and lots to like here - a step up from the 2020.
Graphite, blackcurrant, black cherry and raspberry on the nose. Palate is a good mix of red and black fruits but isn't too punchy - medium depth and good length. Nice now but will be better later.
Blind. Herbal, violets, redcurrant, smoky and cherry notes on the nose. Savoury kick to the palate with plenty of bright acid flowing well across the good length. Very good, though value is no longer there.

Eucalypt, cherry, redcurrant and tobacco on the nose. Palate is holding up well, medium bodied and with enough fruit and structure but ready for drinking now as it is resolved. Classic Coonawarra Cab.

Strawberry, pear and apple aromas. Palate is fresh and cleansing but that's as far as it goes. Nice regardless.

Herbs, oyster shell, smoke and lemon - powerful but not overblown. Mineral flow on the palate, good mix of the herbs and orange tinged fruit. Lovely.

Pear, vanilla, toast and lemon on the nose. Balance is good, sweet at the edges but good acid to kick through. Seems to be a reliable bet these days.
