Post Barolo with Bill & Crew: Blind. Peppery, vanilla, redcurrant and violets on the nose. Palate straddles the line nicely between sweet and savoury. Well composed and lots to like here - a step up from the 2020.

Well, this is going to be very good. It’s almost a purple hue now, lots going on. Red fruit, savoury notes, plenty of complexity and restrained power here, but subtle and not what I’d call a big Barossa Shiraz. Will go the distance. Lovely.
