Excellent Chablis. Like Bob said, I could also drink this all night. Brine and sea water aromas. Saline, good fruit concentration. Some lime. Drinking really well.

More rounded than the Raveneau. Lemon lime, some malo? Hint of caramel. Oddly I picked up something on the nose that reminded me of a church pew. I guess that would be wood and incense.
This was surprisingly youthful and alive. A pretty wine with what struck me as Chinato spices, orange, bergamot. Bright acids, and very tasty with scrambled eggs and shaved truffles.
From magnum. Smells great with some spice notes. Concentrated on the palate. Great balance of fruit and aridity. Fairly fruity and primary still. Very good with a rabbit dish.
This had a little funk on the nose, that blew off with air. More evolved than the 98 with a little maple. Bright on the palate, though. Dark fruits and color. Rich and young.

This was very good. Yeast, dough, toast accents. Intense and energetic.
