Palate showing med body, herbs, green notes, the fruit is rather underripe still, spice, med body and long finish

Reserved in the nose, low intensity, opens up very slowly
Palate very salty, high acidity, dense oak frame, tight, a touch bitter even, different to the one from fair a few days ago

More focused, structured, density, nutty frame, quince notes, some oxidative notes in the back.
Palate is far fresher than the nose more fruit focused, nutty, high acidity, crunchy, grippy, full body and long finish

Freshness, extrovert, capsicum filled nose, a touch gamey/bretty but just adding complexity and texture, gets more upfront as it gets warmer and opens up in the glass, currant.
Palate showing finesse, fine texture, juicy tannins, the same flavor profile, the tannins are tight, med body, long finish. Its quite youthful though for now

Palate shows the same flavor profile, high acidity, tight tannins, a touch warm, big bold tannins that are not aggressive, mineral, long finish
